I teach mat Pilates which, as you may have guessed, is Pilates on a mat on the floor! Pilates employs controlled breathing during body weight resisted movement to help build core strength. It also helps greatly with postural alignment and uses the core Pilates principles throughout!

Breathing, Concentration, Control, Centring, Flow, Alignment,  Precision.

A private class in the comfort of your own home is the perfect way to really get the most out of Pilates. I can concentrate entirely on you and your body. If you feel you do not have the space to accommodate the class I have the use of a studio in Camden. (booking time restrictions may apply)

If you are a beginner, I can start you at a steady pace and dedicate the time entirely to you, so that you might learn faster than you would in a large class. 

I also offer discount packages for blocks of classes, family/group classes and couples/bestfriend classes.
