Pilates employs controlled breathing during body weight resisted movement to help build core strength. It also helps greatly with postural alignment and uses the core Pilates principles throughout.
A private class in the comfort of your own home is the perfect way to really get the most out of Pilates. I can concentrate entirely on you and your body. I also offer these sessions 1-2-1 via Zoom.
