Pilates employs controlled breathing during body weight resisted movement to help build core strength. It also helps greatly with postural alignment and uses the core Pilates principles throughout.

A private class in the comfort of your own home is the perfect way to really get the most out of Pilates. I can concentrate entirely on you and your body. I also offer these sessions 1-2-1 via Zoom.

1-2-1 Private Classes (45 min) - £30 (£20 on Zoom)

10 Private Classes (45 min) - £250 (£180 on Zoom)

Family/Small Group (45 min) - £40 (£25 on Zoom)

10 Family/Group Classes (45 min) - £350 (£275 on Zoom)
